Our two children, Oliver (8) and Sabrina (5) have been at Little Sunshine for six years now and we owe their strong start and continued educational development to the wonderful teachers and staff at this amazing school.  The caring, attentive and well-trained teachers work hard to ensure that the children there have a well rounded experience that fosters genuine learning.  The facilities and classrooms are safe, clean and inviting.  We are especially thankful for Katrina’s leadership and individual care.  We are proud that our children have become joyful, confident and eager learners.

We are incredibly blessed to have both our children attending Little Sunshine. All the staffs and teachers are friendly, nice and tons of patient. It is a very friendly environment that you will feel very comfortable as soon as you step in. They provide everything the kids need in both educational and social well-being. From the weekly Classdojo class activities, you can tell the teacher encourage them to engage, question and look around the world around them. This will develop a good learning habit for our little future scholars. My children are very happy to share what they learn in school daily and this create a very happy parent to child interaction. Children become more confident after attending Little Sunshine. And the graduation was so fun, impressive, and tearful. It was an unforgettable moment in our life. Thank you Little Sunshine.

I have had a great experience sending my son to this daycare.  He learning so much and have a great time every day. The teachers are warm and loving, my son talks about them constantly. He's thrived at the school and I'm so glad we have the opportunity to stay through this Daycare.

My daughter started at Little Sunshine last summer when she was 2yo, and we're so happy we found this place! The teachers and staff are so kind and caring, and it's been a great experience for my daughter to be around other kids in this kind of environment and also experience structure and routines.  She's become less shy, has learned so much, and loves getting herself and her stuff ready to go to school each morning.  I also love the app they use to keep the parents updated with daily photos, videos, and information.

Both of my kids attends this daycare and we love it.  The staff are friendly and kind.  My kids really learned a lot from this daycare.  They are getting excellent care from the teachers and administrator.

Both of my kids were attending this daycare school since they were 2 years old, then turned into pre-K and after-school.  All teachers are very nice and patient over there. Teachers are keeping good communication with us by using the app, they post pictures everyday and any class news every Friday, which are very helpful for us to understand our kids' behavior in school.

My daughter first attended Little Sunshine in day care, then into pre-K, and now after school. Same goes with my son who is currently in their pre-K class. Soon my youngest daughter will attend also. You can see how much I entrust them with my children. Throughout the years, I'm very satisfied with the teachers. They were all caring, affectionate, and knowledgeable. My son has a hard time transitioning and they were able to come up with ways to help him cope. He has improved so much! The teachers also posts picture updates about the class on a app. One thing I really like about little sunshine is the student-teacher ratio. There are 3 teachers overseeing about 20 kids. Any concerns, Ms. He will give you her expertise input and gladly help.

My son has been attending Little Sunshine since he was 3 years old. He had trouble adjusting to being away from family, but the teachers at Little Sunshine helped him transition into school affectionately and effectively. I am able to contact the school, and the teachers let me know how he is doing throughout the day. Even when I'm working, I receive pictures and updates on how he is in school. I feel so safe knowing my son is in good hands at this center. Now he is in the Pre-K class and in the extended day class, he is able to read and write simple sight words and love doing math problems. I am so proud of him, and it is all thanks to the teachers here at Little Sunshine.

My daughter went to this school for pre-K. I am very satisfied with the school teachers and the school environment. The school is very clean and well organized. The teachers are caring and the curriculum is interesting.

Such a neighborhood gem. My toddler was previously in a different daycare but due to COVID, we had to switch her here for emergency child care. With all the anxiety in our current situation, I feel pleasantly at ease in this day care. Before we started, there was a well outlined and thorough reopening plan sent to me. Upon my first day, we are greeted with welcoming smiles and there is immediately a warm and friendly vibe. The place is clean, spacious and bright and they even have a private outdoor play space (super essential, your kid will thank you). Staff appear to be taking necessary precautions ie temperature checks and "outdoor shoes" without compromising any meaningful interaction with the kids. There is an app for parents where I can see pictures of my child throughout the day and message the teachers. Teachers have already responded to the questions I had and gave me a short rundown of my child's day including her meals, her interactions with other kids, and the curriculum. My child has adapted surprisingly well given her history of morning tantrums in the past and eagerly asked this morning if she's going to school again. It is my first week but I have yet to see anything undeserving of praise. This childcare has exceeded all my expectations in every way and we are fortunate to have found this program. Looking forward to a promising summer.

My daughter currently attends the toddler class here. It has only been two weeks but so far I have good feeling about this school. Her teacher Ms. Julie is very warm and communicative. We also get to see photos of my child through an app that they use to upload photos taken during class throughout the day. I also like that the classroom is spacious and is equipped with all kinds of educational toys and crafts supple. Last but not least, the tuition includes three meals a day and the meals are nutritionally balanced.

My son has been attending this school for about 6 months and he really enjoys it. Everyday he’s telling me something he made or how much he loves the teachers. Warm and caring teachers.

My son has been at My Sunshine Kids since it opened in 2019. He went there for daycare at age 2 and 3. They are very caring, clean, and affordable. The classrooms are well set up, bright, and inviting. Your kids will enjoy the atmosphere and during Covid-19, they did the best they could. Other daycares barely implemented masks and cleaning but it's June 2021 and they still take it seriously. Overall we recommend this daycare for any children.

My daughter went here for daycare and preK and she loved it! I feel she developed a lot during her time here and learned quite a bit. My Sunshine Kids is a great day care with caring and engaging teachers and staff.

My child has been attending Little Sunshine for nearly 2 years and all the teachers been very kind and well academically train. This is definitely a excellent place for your child for development. Thanks for making my child feel very safe and happy everyday when he comes home from school. Keep up the good work.

Finding the right daycare was a challenge. We wanted something close (walking distance), safe, clean and with meals. Not only does Little Sunshine meet all of those; they even send us daily updates on how our little one is doing with pictures and or videos via a shared app. I can see my son smiling and enjoying himself with his peers thru this app. All the staff have been very sweet, warm and kind to all the kids, even the ones that are not in their class. My son can name all the teachers in this school, that is how close everyone is. From the detail information that the teachers tell me about my son, I can tell that they pay attention him. We even work together to potty train my son! We were hoping that we would find a daycare that is walking distance to our home. But this place is worth the drive. We really thank this place for taking care of my son and making him feel comfortable and safe. Plus, he learned so much!

Best day care ever.... Both my kids are enrolled in little sunshine since 3 years old.. Teachers are friendly... They are very patient listen to both students and parents... They raised concern as soon as possible... Sometimes i feel they know my kids better than me. In terms of school work.. I would say is mix between western and asian style. A lot of hands on exercise but also some academic work as well. Like math,reading etc. Both of my kids pass the gift and talented exam this year. One above citywide requirement one slightly below. I never prepare them for it. I must give all the credit to the principal Ms He and the rest of the teachers.. Without their hard works, dont think they can do that well. I feel super comfortable with my kids with little sunshine because i know they are always safe, have fun and learning as well. Cant say enough good words about them.. Looking forward to stay with little sunshine for the future couple years.

With another baby on the way, we wanted to transition our daughter back into a school routine before the baby came along but with COVID, we were honestly so nervous. MSK did an amazing job being transparent in making sure that they followed the proper protocols and guidelines. They answered every single one of my neurotic questions with reassurances and we honestly felt that our daughter was completely safe and the environment fostered her growth tremendously. She’s blossomed into such a confident and happy child during the time she attended MSK. If we could go back in time, we would’ve put her back in school earlier.

As a parent, there are always questions that comes to our mind. Is my child causing trouble in school? What did my child learn today? Is my child safe and eating well? I will take this opportunity to thank Little Sunshine Daycare for doing such fantastic job of taking care of my Child, Jayden. Ms. Katrina, who is the Director, has delicate staff members being very responsive in creating a friendly and fun environment for all the children. The teachers spend adequate time in each individual to see the inner strengths of a child and teaching them to respect and interact with others. Most importantly, the teachers are willing to spend time to correct any misbehavior and take necessary disciplinary actions. With the teachers' great commitment in monitoring and guiding the children, watching our son growing up in Little Sunshine completely ease our mind. Once again, thanks to all the teachers in Little Sunshine.  

Our daughter MyLan had been with Little Sunshine for Pre-K and she is currently enrolled in the summer 2018 program. We are grateful for the educational development and caring services that Little Sunshine staffs had provided to MyLan. She enjoys going to school to see her teachers and friends every day. The courses offered are fun, engaging and educational at the same time. The teachers are well trained and communicate with parents about MyLan’s progress and well-being.  Little Sunshine’s administrative staffs Ms. Katrina and Ms. Candi are also very involved and efficient in their supervision of the program. We feel that our daughter is safe and well-taken care of at Little Sunshine. We look forward to our son being a student of Little Sunshine when he turns 3!
